Rules and Regulations for Participating in the Online Actor Audition
 

1. Eligibility:

   • Participants must be legal residents of the USA.

   • Age: Must be 18 years or older. Minors must provide parental or legal guardian consent.

   • Open to all experience levels, from beginners to professional actors.

2. Submission Guidelines:

   • Auditions must be submitted online by the given deadline : 2 Nov 2024

   • Each participant may only submit one audition video. Multiple entries are not allowed.

   • Audition videos can be LINKS OF INSTAGRAM REELS / YOUTUBE SHORTS/YOUTUBE VIDEOS 

   • Submissions must be in HINDI/ MARATHI/ TELUGU

3. Content Requirements:

   • Videos must be original and performed by the participant.

   • All content should be appropriate for general audiences—no offensive, obscene, or inappropriate material will be accepted.

4. Judging Criteria:

   • Submissions will be judged based on acting ability, creativity, expression, and screen presence.

   • Judging will be conducted by the Video Directors, and their decisions are final.

5. Technical Specifications:

   • ​Ensure clear audio and video quality for proper evaluation.

   • Videos recorded on smartphones or professional cameras are both acceptable, but must be well-lit and free from background distractions.

6. Participant Conduct:

   • Participants must act in a professional and respectful manner throughout the audition process.

   • Any form of cheating, manipulation, or harassment towards organizers, judges, or other participants will result in immediate disqualification.

7. Compensation:

   • This project is a Collaboration Project and thus no Paid Compensation will be offered, however food & travel may be taken care of.

8. Rights and Usage:

   • By submitting an audition, participants grant the organizers the right to use their videos, names, and likenesses for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

   • Participants retain the copyright to their own performance, but the organizers may use audition materials in media related to the contest.

9. Notification and Next Steps:

   • Finalists will be notified via Email/Whatsapp within the designated timeframe.

   • Selected actors may be asked to participate in a live or virtual callback for final consideration.

10. Disqualification:

    • Failure to comply with any of the rules and regulations will result in disqualification.

    • Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.

11. Legal Compliance:

• Participants must comply with all federal, state, and local laws during the audition process.

• By participating, you agree to adhere to these rules and regulations.
